Q: All I want to do is find an answer to the "verification required : your payment card is about to expire. Please update your payment method" on an itunes card. First time to use itunes card on an ipad air. I used itunes card on prev ipad. stlll activ

I had an Ipad 2 - it is still being used with the same apple id as the new ipad air I have just got.

 

How do I use an itunes card with the Ipad air ? It is suggesting that I have a visa card against itunes but I dont't.

 

I am getting messages from Apple to say that an Ipad Air has used the account, suggesting Apple do not know I have the Ipad Air I bought from them.

 

The drop down box shows that both arer registered against the same email address.

 

Do Apple allow two devices to use the same apple id ? At all ? At the same time ? If so, why might I be getting a problem with iTunes ?

    itunes on the computer, check ur payment information. update ur credit card on their or choose none as the payment type and have it taken off. that should fix ur payment issue problem.

     

    as for multiple devices on the same id, yes, apple designed the system to be able to do that.
