Q: I have an unblocked iPhone but it is still registering to an old iTunes account, how to get it to register to mine?

I have unlocked my iPhone 4 and given to a family member, as they use a different network provider to me. They have downloaded iTunes, are using their network providers sim, but the phone still seems to be registered to my iTunes account. How does my family member get it linking to their iTunes account?
