You are not talking to Apple. This is a user forum. If you live in a country where Apple does not do business and does not offer services, then I whole-heartedly agree. You should opt for something other than Apple products.

I think the best way to solve this problem is to asking apple company legally not to ban Iranian or Iranian do not use and buy apple product in the future. as you know google is American company but no one have this problem in android products.

No, the best way is to convince a mobile provider in Iran to agree to be an Apple partner.

Your logic is flawed with regard to Google. Android products are not made by Google (with one exception), they are made by a large number of manufacturers around the world, some of whom have a presence in Iran. Apple does not because it is a US based company, and there is still a technology embargo between the US and Iran. You need to get your government to fix this.

Then you can't legally purchase anything. You can not legally purchase content from a country other than your own. If there is no app/music store in your country, then you can not purchase content for you phone at all.

The error you're getting indicates that you are trying to purchase from another country's store and are being actively blocked.

Move to a country that has an app store/music store or live with the limitation.

The iPhone and other iOS devices aren't even legally available for sale in your country.

Error (-1009) showed up on my itunes screen within the past 45 minutes when I was trying to click on the ACCOUNT section of itunes. Not sure if -1009 is the same as 1009 (without the minus sign). But if -1009 &/or 1009 means blocked country, then I guess Apple has blocked the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA overnight because that's where I sit, in the good ol' USA (which is also the country setting on the iphone). So go figure! How to fix it? I have not a clue, sorry, looking for answers myself. I'm thinking maybe they are simply updating the site because it also says "Try again later."

There is no solution other than to go buy something else or move to a country where Apple does business. Apple does not do business in Iran at all. It doesn't matter how many Apple devices there are there, Apple does not sell products there. There is no iTunes store servicing Iran. It is not legal for Apple to allow content from stores serving other countries to be sold in Iran.

And don't turn this into something political. It is NOT political. It has nothing to do with sanctions, or anything like that. It's a simple matter of economics.
