Multiple Apple IDs on phone

Just upgrade from a 4 to a 5s and when reinstalling my apps, I was prompted with messages to enter apple ID passwords for my current email address which most of my apps where downloaded from, an older email that no longer exists, but I still have the apple ID info, and a third email lordrene@live.com, which I have never seen in my life. The app that this account is associated with is Facebook, so I'm wondering if this is how my FB account got hacked a while ago.Does anyone know how to erase any connnections with this apple ID?
