how do I save video attachments in gmail app on ipad?

Open gmail using IOS mail application.

You can't really "save" the video as there is no file structure on an i-device. You can save the email and just open the attachmet when you want to view it.

I'm using Hotmail so yours may be different. Open video. Tap the video, the boarder around the video should change from black to white. Tap the icon in the upper right corner. Tap save video.

After save video tap done.

I think I misread your post, what I described was to save a video in mail. Sorry.

1. Tie your gmail account to the mail app on the iPad

2. pull up the email in the apple mail app once you've connected the gmail account to the app

3. Tap the video to download the video

4. Once downloaded, press and hold your finger on the video for about two seconds

5. a list of options will open, click save to videos

You can try and open/save to OPlayerHD Lite

I figured out a way to save the file movie file from Gmail to your phone camera roll. If you have the Dropbox application on your phone, Move the file over to Drop Box and then Drop Box will give you the option the download the file. This didn't take any time and was real easy to do.
