Q: Sprint iPhone 4s after updating I got a USB plug on the screen and itunes logo I can't shut play phone off to reset everything what should I do

when trying to update a iPhone 4s from Sprint that they went through but then I got a USB plug on the screen and itune circle frozen it won't let me even shut the phone off to try to reset what should I do please help not sure if it was7.1.0 or 7.4.0

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4, cant turn off phone to try an reset

it looks like its working what you said thank you the Sprint iphone 4s it looks like there is a sim card slot on theside of the phone buti can seem to pull it out should I be able to?
