Syncing contacts

My iPhone randomly deleted all of my contacts. When i went to sync them from iTunes back onto my phone the info tab would not show up. Is there another way to sync my 200+ contacts without retyping every single one into my phone?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
