i recive errore 1009 when i wand start download or start update the program why???

Your Apple ID does not match the Store you are trying to download from:

Go to Settings/iTunes and AppStore/AppleID, sign out and sign in again after you restarted the phone.

After that your AppStore matches your location to where your Apple ID is registered to.
