Upload button is disabled in Custom web application

We have created custom webapplication for document management in one of the client deliverable. I could see the upload button as disabled in iPad.

I understand, why apple community is not interested to expose file system for external applications.However,this is very critical business requirement.

Could you please suggest some 3rd party Api's or work around to enable the disabled button for smooth business.Any suggestions are appreciated.

This issue is hangling from long time. Please do the needful.

Prehaps the upload button is disabled becuase you do not have any files associated with your web browser. Download a file from the internet in your web browser. Now, see if you get the upload button enabled. See if you can copy a file to your web browser. Does this file appear when you try an upload?

Why is upload important to you? You upload the file from what ever app has the data.
