How do i change sound settings as my Ipad stuck on Headset and i havent used a headset, Have done reset but still no sound

I have an Ipad Mini, 4 days ago i lost sound and noticed that my Ipad was stuck on Headset but i havent used a headset, I have done a reset and held power & home together with no luck, Please help

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.3
