When i try to download app from 25pp on installing it stucks and pops up a message "the app could not be downloaded at this time " i tried everything but nothing happening HELP

When you say you've tried "everything," could you please list exactly what?
I changed the date and time,try reinstall, clear safari cookies,change dns server,reboot my ipad..and nothing.Before 3 days it was ok. help
This is happening to me too ever since iOS7 on my iPad, iPod, Macbook, my mom's iPhone, and to all my friends. Half of my favourite apps won't open becasue they failed during an update and are obsolite. Please help Apple, we paid you good money.
