Q: Forgot my id/password combo. Now dizzy from running in circles on "Support" webpage.

Forgot my id/password combo, now I'm dizzy from running in circles on "Support" web page. All they want to do is change my password, AGAIN. Icloud says "id is valid, but not an iCloud account." Funny, that's what I asked to reset!

iCloud, Windows 7
