how do I convert itunes to android? It is a digital copy file from a movie I bought.

My computer is a Dell xps 8700 running windows 8. I bought a movie (Dredd) and downloaded the digital copy to itunes. I want to transfer it to my dell venue 8 tablet which is an android tablet. I need a video converter that removes the drm? and converts it to Mp4? to play on the android tablet. I've tried for hours to download different free programs, but couldn't get any to work (they usually had low MB limits or closed as soon as I added the itunes file. Is there anything free out there that could help me or does Apple/Itunes have a tool to do it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
