Hi roger,

I've got the same problem. I've been searching but have not found anything equivalent to MacLinkPlus. My suggest is that you copy all your files that need conversion to memory stick. Take them toan older Mac that has MacLinkPlus, convert them, and bring them back to your computer. I have the same problem with hundred of Microsoft Works files.

A current version of Microsoft Word should be able to open a Word file (either Mac or PC) that was produced by any version of Word back to Word 97 for PC or Word 2004 for Macs. If you file is oldr thn that, try the above.

I've used graphic converter, but it only works for graphics. It's fine for the old PICT graphic files. Previous generations of Apple Pages and Apple Numbers could import Appleworks word processing and spreadsheets but from what I've read, the current versions can't. Nothing wil import either Microsoft Office or Appleworks Databases and I have several of them, some exgtremely large. MacLinkPlus was a "one-stop-shopping" converter that had a fantastic range of conversions, even Word Perfect for Mac. I'll check out the other "Office" apps.
