Turn printing on and off

Hi there! I have an OS X printing question...

I have a couple desktop computers in a preschool that are running 10.6.8. The other day we had some youngsters print out about 80 sheets of unwanted documents ...lol 😉

The teacher in the classroom would still like to be able to print stuff with these machines, but would like to disable printing when the kids are using them. I have thought about just having her disable wifi ...but print jobs will still go through eventually once it comes back on correct?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.5), Not sure which iOS..10.6 something

You can turn off the WI-FI,or the printer then after the tykes are done, go to system preferences/Print&Fax, click on Open Print Queue and delete the pending jobs before turning on the WI-FI or the printer.
