iTunes Store currently unavailable. Account sign-in failed

I try to get into my purchased movies through Apple TV but It doesn't work? I can stream my songs, my photo albums, netflix and all the other apps but it won't let me get into iTunes? All the posts I've read talk about this being a wireless connection issue but that shouldn't be the case cause everything else works?

Any advice?
