I forgot my security questions and I selected the " I forgot your answers?" on my apple id account

So, I forgot my securtiy question and it showed 2 of the questions. And I totally forgot about the answer to them. So what did I do? Well,I clicked on the "I forgot" then it sent my to login to my apple id. I did. I went and clicked on "Password and security" and I clicked on the I forgot my answer link. And it says " email sent" so I check on my main email address and I dont see it. I checked in the spam box and still nothing.Then I chcked on my secondary email address and I repeated the same thing and still nothing. I kept doing this for 5 hours now. I stopped cause I was getting mad. so I stopped and waited week later and did the process again and I still don't have the darn reset securtiy email yet. So ANYONE and I mean ANYONE whose s expert or has this happened to you before please help me! D:<
