Replacing a wiki site with wordpress site. Installed in the wiki site default folder and still points to wiki? How to fix?

Here is my file directory:

library > server > web > data > sites > default

Before in the default directory there was a wiki site from apple. I was told to replace that folder with my website and it would load up my site. So, I installed a wordpress site into this folder and it still pulls up the wiki site. Before I installed it, I tested a plain html file and it worked with this file.

The problem is when I installed wordpress into the default folder, it went down three more levels before it gets to the index.php file.

library > server > web > data > sites > default > apps > wordpress> htdocs > index.php

Where is it in the server panel that I would change the default website to come up with my wordpress site. I tried adding a website with the 10.0.1.5:8080 and that was not good enough. I know I am close, because after I changed this, the wiki site does not show up anymore. I have read that you can make a .htaccess file, but do I need to do that with Lion Server 10.8.5?

Thanks,

Dee
