Q: Airport time capsule difficulty

I am having issues of setting time capsule as my DSL modem is in the other room. Can I connect it wirelessly?

iMac, iOS 7.0.4

    It is very hard to join TC to dsl modem.. and the results are exceedingly poor.. ie the TC becomes a dumb client.. slow and with lots of issues..

     

    Plug the TC into the dsl modem by ethernet.. if that is impossible consider using EOP (homeplug) adapters.. you need a hard wired connection.
