Movies will not play on itunes (PC)

I have downloaded four movies purchased on my ipad to my pc itunes account. On opening each movie and pressing play they all freeze? Does anyone else have the same issue or a fix for this problem?

All the movies go to the dvd style menu no problem at all (Play, scene selection, extras etc) but when i Press play they freeze??
