losing APN settings, losing APN settings

Hi,

Since I upgraded my iPhone 4S 32GB to iOS7, the Proximus APN settings are lost after every reboot of the iPhone... (when the battery goes empty)

I have to re-enter them eve day

Is there any way to keep the settings?
