Everytime I try and use an emoji it turns off the app and takes me to the home page of my phone
Please help me with this problem if possible
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
What app are you referring to? What troubleshooting steps did you take?

When I'm texting and I try and use emojis, my phone stops and takes me back to my home page. I've tries turning off my phone, reseting my keyboard.
Go to Settings, General, scroll all the way down to Reset, Choose the 1st option to Restart Settings, Enter your passcode, then a screen will pop up to saying if you reset all of your settings the data and content won't be deleted, click on reset, then your phone will automatically restart. Once it restarts, you will probably have to go back to Settings, General, Keyboard, Add new keyboard, and readd the Emoji keyboard. Your background and ringtones will go back to the generic ones as well so you'll have to change them back as well as your passcode/ fingerprints but it'll work!
