I have windows 8.1 & ios7. Contacts & calender stopped streaming to laptop. ok to ipad & iphone. This was fixed but now photos stopped streaming to laptop again ipad/iphone talk. All settings seem ok. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I have tried all the suggestions but I seem to have all the boxes ticked and still cannot get the photostream to work on my windows 8.1 pc
