help problems with my clock on iphone 5C

The phone gets it time from the cellular network. Turn off the automatic setting temporarily and report the problem to your carrier.

I'm having this issue with my 5C in Oi at Sao Paulo/Brazil, and even after restore iOS via iTunes, the issue continues. Today im going to iPlace (Apple Store at Sao Paulo) to send my phone to fix or replace it.

This issue not happens with iPhone 5..

I observed this same issue with my iPhone 5c here in the Czech Republic. I bought it in Miami and have been using it in Brazil with no problem.

Clearly the clock starts drifting when the phone is locked. If I disable sleeping at all, no drifting takes place. Maybe some sleep state issue?

I have tried resetting 'Network Settings' and 'All Settings' with no success. I have tried disabling 'Set Automatically' for Date & Time and tried changing the timezone to many different places.

Rodrigo, what did this company tell about your phone? Did they fix it?

Bogdano, they didn't told me nothing because i bought my iPhone without contract with company.

But after 7 days after I left my iPhone at Apple Store, they sent me another phone without issues.

I have exactly the same problem with my iPhone 5C and I've already tried everything. Restore with iTunes as a new iPhone, clear network settings, and nothing worked.

This is really really annoying, I mean, everybody check the hour in their cellphones, and my iPhone have his very own hour! I think I will lost my job because I can't even use the alarm of my iPhone and I always used it to remember meetings and important events 😟.

Any fix?

even if use manual clock its stop work and go back of hours

i restor the iphone 5c from setting and from itunes but it same also i use other phone iPhone 5 i don`t sface any problem like this since iphone 3gs

Exact same issue... I'm from Mexico city, I already tryed everything and nothing works... Apple people DO SOMETHING ASAP!!!!!

I have the same exactly the same issue here in Hong Kong. Apple Genius Bar told me I have to pay for it since my warranty just expired. Not happy with it at all!

There is no way to have the correct hour on my 5c... So at this point, do you know if the apple people is going to do something regarding this??? or probably they prefer that we start considering to use the new excelent Samsung Galaxy S6... What a pain!!!

I have had the same issue for about two weeks. Today I had my second visit to the genius bar (third time contacting apple) and the response I got was to purchase a refurbished phone (which would be cheaper than buying a new one) since my warranty expired a month ago, which will cost more than it would to switch to an android...
