Podcasts unavailable

iPhone 5 OS 7.0.4

When they took away the origin podcast setup in iTunes my phone stopped having them available. When I go to play them I have to be where there's wifi to remove it and then redone load each episode. This is too aggravating to do for every episode of every podcast. So, when I go somewhere and would normally listen to my podcasts they are not available
