How to renew the many certificate?

I'm using a german OS X Mavericks "Server" und have many warning for renew many certificates...

How can i renew the certificate? I'm sure i lost my fun with apple operating system.

Please descriptions with Screenshots because its difficult the find the right applications and menu. Thank you.
