My ipod touch was stolen in the week, and I haven't set up the 'find my iphone/ipod' setting on icloud yet.
Wanted to talk to someone about how to proceed, so went to the support area. All general topics were about use, clicked on 'other topic',
wrote in "stolen ipod", then it asks my to write in my serial number, which i can find on the device screen, only i can't because its been stolen!!
Can't seem to contact anyone without it, now totally stuck
I just want to freeze/wipe the device so no one can hack into my accounts
iPod touch (3rd generation), iOS 5.1.1, Think thats the right OS
