Is tech support always invalid after 4 months?
Ipad keeps locking up - reboots on own after 2 to 7 minutes.
Tried to ask for help, but none is available on my 4 month old product. Have to pay in order to keep new product functional.

If your product is within Apple's Limited Warranty, you may be able to purchase an AppleCare service contract, such as the AppleCare Protection Plan, or a single incident of support
