i NEED HELP

Hello, guys i have a problem i put my iphone on recovery mode it recovered and after i turn on it , it tells me that i need to introduce my icloud account and my password for it , well the problem is that i know my account but i forgot witch email adress is on and what password , i can't cchange the password because i dont know the email adress 😟 please help D:
