How do i stop ios7 from telling me cellular data is off for an app every time i open it?

I dont want some apps using up my data so they are set to off for use cellular data. Now every time i open them my phone tells me cellular data is off but i can fix it in settings. I dont want to fix it, it is set how i want it and i dont want to argue with my phone about it everytime i want to open an app. Can this be stopped?
