If I buy a song off of Itunes on my computer will it go to my phone?

I want to buy a song off of Itunes, but I want it on both my IPod and IPhone. My IPhone is not compatible with my computer, meaning it won't sync all the songs on my computer to my phone. So if I buy a song from ITunes on my computer will it show up on my phone somehow?
