Q: I am disabled. I am allowed help from Section 508.

Will you show me where ang what help I can get? I am having a lot of problems with google and My Books. I can't get any help from them. I just get taken. around in circles. Itune downloaded all my sales from them only it was to y PC and not my IPad. Google keeps making comments like I have to buy there products like

Google Play Books from there Chrome  Store. I am going crazy and would like some help.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.4, I can't send messages at all

    You cannot download anything from the Google Store that will work on the iPad. There are some Google apps in the App Store like Chrome, YouTube, Google Maps and some others, but they are in the iOS App Store, not in the Google Store for Android.

     

    What do you mean when you say that iTunes downloaded all of your purchases to your PC instead of the iPad? You can download from iTunes on your computer and then sync to the iPad, but you can also download directly to the iPad or you can enable automatic downloads so that all apps, books and songs that you download on one device, will download to all of your devices.

     

    If you want helps with specific issues, you need to provide detailed information.

    No it does not help me. I am home all alone to try and figure this out. Someone hacked my computer through google and I am still trying to get the books I bought. So how do you download files and have them install. I do not understand anything about my iPad or iPhone. Now I hear I was given free apps that I did not know about. How can I download them? Please I need all the help I can get. Google makes me crazy. You have to buy there app's through there store but you can't access there stores. I want to get my books out of Google Play Books and find a good book service. I don't like anything about them. Can you advise me how to do that as well? I have no money so I hope you will help me.

    iTunes does not have any connection to Google and cannot download Google books nor anything from the Google Play Store. Google has an app for the iPad for downloading and reading books from the Google Bookstore, if that's what you're asking about:

    If you want to purchase books from someone else, you can use the iBooks app available from the iTunes Store to purchase books from Apple, or you can purchase books from either Amazon or Barnes and Noble; they both have apps available in the iTunes Store for their book formats.

     

    If that doesn't help, please post back and explain further what it is you are trying to do.

    My itune on my ipad is not very sufficated. Is there one that has more to it. All the one I have is for music.
