I won an IPhone 5 at an Event in the Philippines and the carrier SMART' s parent company raffled the IPHONE and they don't offer unlocking. I'm an expat and travel frequently how do I use the phone without unlocking! Who do I contact to unlock the device? At smart they say contact Apple in the US!!! We can't help u!
