I look at those solutions, but it didn't help out! But I came across a articale that covered my issue with the magictrack pad! The person stated after come from an apple store. If you are using Duracell's batteries in the trackpad or keyboard it will not supply enough power and poor contact can occur in the device! The Apple storm genuice said to use Everyready Energiers or rechargeable in it! So I have switched out batteries! And moved all other device away from it too! It has working fine so far!

Check to see if you have the checkmark beside the "allow bluetooth devices to wake the computer" enabled. If it is not enabled, this may be part of the problem.

This setting is in the Bluetooth System Preferences Panel "Advanced" settings. Having this enabled means that you can wake your computer by clicking on the Trackpad, and it also means that the Trackpad is fully operational as soon as the computer awakes. No waiting for it to start working.
