What tools can I purchase to make customized birth certificates with borders using pages?
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013)
Look in the App Store there are a range of custom certificate templates amongst the Pages Template collections.
Just be careful that they are not mangled on opening in Pages 5 if that is what you have.
Pages 5 damages many older files.
