Q: iTunes can't seem to pick up on my iPod when it's plugged in, what to do?

Itunes cant seem to find my Ipod Nano when I plug it in to system restore due to an unknown error. What to do?

Hi, HENRifromSA.

Here are the best two troubleshooting articles that I could recommend going though to possible resolve this issue.

iPod not recognized in My Computer and in iTunes for Windows

Please go through all of the steps in the article that pertains to your computers operating system. If the issue still persists, please reply back with the exact error message received.
