Is there any way I can save my battery without having to charge it constant whilst playing League of Legends?
I had done this in the past, an it resulted in screwing my MacBook Pro battery :'(
Any advice would be awesome.

It's quite difficult to save battery while playing a game, because you have to choose between two options:
1. Better battery life and worse game experience, or;
2. Worse battery life and better game experience.
You can choose a mix of both of them. For example, you can reduce resolution while playing the game. You will lose graphic quality, but you will make your Mac work a bit less and the battery life will be a bit better
When gaming you SHOULD have it plugged in when you can.
Your lithium batteries dont like fast discharges over the long term, which is exactly what gaming does.
because “Li-ion degrades fastest at high state-of-charge”.
