Question
I backed up my iPod to windows iTunes, restored it and than restored the backup from windows iTunes but the settings are the same and I want them to be the factory settings
iPod touch, iOS 6.1.4
Restore again but don't load the backup.

Or go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and Settings.
