problems with logic samples in garageband?

hi!

I'm having some issues with being able to use logic samples in garageband.

essentially this is happening:

i 'download'...and nothing really happens...and then i get the same message again!

and then this sometimes happens:

the files (eg: "violas pizziacato.exs") all exist and are located in Library/Application Support/Sampler Instruments - just something weird is happening!
please help!!
