I cloud video downloading

I don't have acces to a computer, I put all the videos from a trip on the iCloud from my iPhone and deleted them from my iPhone after, I would like to be able to use them in a video on my iPad. I can acces the videos, but can't move them into an app to my camera roll. Is there something I'm missing or is this not possible?
