I have an iPhone 4s that was given by my uncle from UAE and I openlined it here in Philippines, but there seems to be some bug in my phone so I plan to restore it. Will my phone restore to UAE-type settings?

My phone is open lined to Smart telecommunications here in Philippines.. And the thing is, my phone drains so much in a day and sometimes i can't send/receive messages. I plan to restore it to it's factory settings.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

If your phone has not been officially unlocked by the provider, restoring the software will lock it again.

Restoring the iOS software will put the original software onto the phone again.
