MUSIC VIDEOS WONT DELETE

so between 2006-2012 i purchased music videos on my ipod that i know no longer want on my new iphone it refuses to let me swip and delete them off my phone. though they are not taking up space (GB) because they aren't properly downloaded they still appear in the music video app and wont go away. i press edit up the top and new videos can be deleted but not old ones. when i press them i can watch them and after they end in the discription there is a little cloud with an arrow pointing down asking me if i want to redownload it! i've deleted the files and everything on my harddrive computer but they still appare in the app though when plugged into the computer itunes says they aren't on my iphone. PLEASE HELP 🙂
