I recently purchased 2 audiobooks from my itunes on to my iPad. I have recieved emails with receipts and they show up in my account information under purchase history. I have an iCloud account automatic downloads etc cannot find on ANY devices

I recently purchased 2 audiobooks from my itunes on to my iPad. I have recieved email receipts and they show up in my account information under purchase history. I have an iCloud account, automatic downloads and itunes match but cannot find these audio books on ANY of my devices. I have downloaded an app since and this has appeared on my phone fine.

Audiobooks are a one-time only download, they will only download onto the device/computer that you buy them on - they won't show in iCloud nor automatic downloads nor in iTunes Match (Match is music only).


If you downloaded them on your iPad then they should be in its Music app, you will get an Audiobooks option in the app when you have audiobooks in it. If they are still on your iPad then you can copy them from there to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to your iPhone.
