Q: my hotspot is not working

my personal hotspot and wifi are not working.

and since ios 7 is consuming more power i dnt want to upfrade,  so i have ios 6.

 

i had follwed that troubleshooting but not working that one

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4, APN SETTING
