Stuck on expanding windows files windows 7

Hello, I'm new here.

So basically I'm trying to install windows 7 ultimate on my macbook pro version 10.7.5. So I burnt my windows copy to a disk at maximum speed using disk utility and when I booted onto windows i started the installing and it was stuck on expanding windows files at 0%. I did some research and it said to burn the disk at minimum speed. So I burned it at 2x. Now when I boot onto that disk to install windows it gets stuck on the black screen and loads extremely slowly. (it says loading windows files or something). After about 15 minutes it got about 25% of the way done. What should I do? Will it not work even if I let it load? Or should I let it take like 45 minutes.

I'm pretty sure after the 10-15 minutes it stopped moving anyway

I appreciate the help guys! Thank you

And it is a edu burned .iso

🙂Angus
