In trying to purchase more storage, it will not recognize my password. Continues to tell me I put the wrong password in. I did not. Now what?
In trying to purchase more storage in icloud, when I select the amount I want and press buy, the sign in comes up for my itunes account. It will not accept my password that I use to purchase for itunes. I don't know what to try next, help?
