Can you get iOS 7 for an iPod touch 32 GB? If so, how?

I have a 32 GB iPod touch 4th gen, and would like to know plz!!

No. It's only compatible with the 5th generation.

The iPod Touch 4th Gen is not compatible with iOS 7.
