Reset scopes?

I cannot preview the image I am working on because the veiwer window in the scopes browser is stuck on some setting I know nothing about? I do not knwo how to reset it. Please help. I am attaching a screen grab. The upper right hand corner shows a blue image of the video image that should be a playground at a park. What am I doing wrong?
