I have 4s, but not showin facetime any where no settings
I have 4s,updated7.0.4,
But not showing any where face time(no settings also)
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
Face Time is not available in some countries such as Saudi Arabia.

In that phone working and showing face time properly
Where EXACTLY was the phone purchased? What does it say under Settings>General>About>Model?

Can i fix this problem?
That model was manufactured for UAE and KSA. FaceTime is banned from those phones. You cannot get it.
If have any solution plz tell me.
I need to fix this.

FaceTime has been banned from your phone. You will never have it on that phone. If you want it, you will have purchase a phone in a country where it is not banned.
