Q: How get ios 6 on ipad 1

Sorry, you can't. The original iPad maxes out at 5.1.1.

SO can I get the ios 6 for my iPad 1 or not cuz my clash of clans hasn't been working for a day and a half..

As I already said, no. The original iPad supports iOS only up to 5.1.1.

Supercell, the developer, may allow you to download an older version of the game. Read this support article to see how to install it if it's available: Install the latest compatible version of an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X - Apple Support

You can also check to see if the old version of the app is still in your trash. Restore it to it's iTunes folder and install it. But keep in mind that all feature may not work correctly just because you have the older version of the app.
